Free, no obligation consultation so we can get to know one another and discuss how I can meet your individual birthing needs and desires
2-3 prenatal home visits to discuss: your options, priorities and hopes for the birth process; pain-coping practices, massage techniques and positions; the normal physiology of labor; and optimal fetal positioning
24-hour on-call labor support for 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date
Phone and email support throughout your pregnancy
Labor support starting when you need me, either at home or I can meet you at the hospital, until 1-2 hours after delivery
Pictures/video of your birth and new family postpartum (if desired)
Postpartum home visit to see how your new family is doing, talk through your birth experience, and provide breastfeeding assistance as needed
Community referrals for belly, birth and baby related needs
Total cost is: $400
